Michael Squire holds a wide field of interest and experience in the business community.
Years of experience in the Victoria Police Force and various business projects, Michael has a keen eye for spotting shortfalls in processes and for finding opportunities in the market place.
His experience in the United Kingdom over a period of ten years exposed him to a variety of projects from Business Recovery for a 21 department major investment bank to a major IBM-led relocation and rollout to open plan office for over 3,000 personnel in the airline industry involving teams of IT engineers and "hosts" for ensuring that all personnel were comfortable with the undertaking.
Michael sees successful projects as those where all the stakeholders communicate well and understand their various roles. He is a qualified IT Forensic Analyst and a Justice of the Peace for the state of New South Wales.
Michael is also an Affiliate with the Australian Institute of Project Management.
Michael is actively involved in a number of Internet and offline businesses including FMCG distribution and retail sales. He develops a wide range of associations with innovative companies and highly capable and organised individuals who make things happen. |
